Procedure for allotment of plot under 12.5% ??scheme to project affected landholders in Thane Taluka will be closed subject to the conditions. On September 16, 2017, CIDCO Corporation’s has passed a resolution by passing the resolution in the meeting of the Board of Directors.
In the year 1970, the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act of the Maharashtra set up Navi Mumbai. As per the provisions of the Planning Act, 1966, total 95 of the three Talukas of Thane, Panvel and Uran Destination of village, gavasthana and municipal area was done. The land acquisition of these land is to be completed under the Land Acquisition Act, 1894. Decision to give 12.5% ??area for the projected land holders in the area as ??compensation took place in October 1994.
To submit documents to the landowners which are pending for allotment of land in Thane taluka after being notified through the newsletter, the projected landlords who have issued documents proposals, proposed to be collected from the landlords. Filing of cases related to landlords will be removed from 16th September 2017.
The landowners in relation to the settlement of claims pending in court, apart from the order, decisions will be taken independently on the files.
12.5% ??of the Government Resolution of the scheme after 60 days, project boundaries in Thane taluka will not be applicable. This scheme is closed after 60 days. Within this 60 days, project affected landowners can apply in Thane taluka. Or Applications received after 60 days will not be considered.
