Housing scheme of HUDA is likely to be delayed by 2 months

The Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) has ordered to its field officers to dig out and identify the disputed plots in developed sectors. The authority is planning to get approvals for approx 2,000 residential unoccupied plots in five districts of Haryana state which is now delayed to the two months.
Wile talking with media administrator of HUDA, Surjeet Singh said that, “before introducing the scheme we have instructed to our officers to dig out the confirm information regarding the disputed plots which have been under the litigations.” Moreover, he said that “due to this robust move the launch of scheme is getting delayed.”
The HUDA scheme which offers approx 2,000 plots ranging from four maralas to one kanals – in Faridabad, Gurgaon, Panipat, Bahadurgarh and Panchkula, in the first phase. However, as per the HUDA’s plan the scheme was supposed to be launch on the eve of New Year. Under this scheme plots will be sold on official price of the current fiscal year in which the housing scheme was floated.
