Dr. Niranjan Hiranandani, Managing Director of  Hiranandani Construction Pvt. Ltd and President NAREDCO Maharashtra received the Man of the Year award. Dr Niranjan Hiranandani has been working through out the year for upgradation of real estate standards, research many aspects and have been instrumental in framing many government policies. The Award was presented by Mr Ashok Mohanani Chairman Ekta World and Mr Murari Chaturvedi, Editor Accommodation Times.

The 31st National Real Estate Award was presented at Nehru Centre Auditorium, Worli, Mumbai on 22nd March 2017.
