Mega housing project is soon to be launched near Ajmer road, the Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) has announced the development, they are introducing the project almost after four years. The scheme is proposed to be developed on around 250 bigha land and will have 1,510 plots. Approval for layout plan of the housing project is been titled Anand Vihar.
The project will cover locations like Jaisinghpura, Kaakroda and Privthiraj Singh Pura areas. The allotment will be carried through lottery system and auctioning.
Explaining the allotment system an official said, “the JDA will allot 1,297 plots through a lottery system while 213 corner plots will be auctioned. The plot sizes will be between 45 and 360 square metre.” As per the proposal, the JDA will develop 499 plots of 45 square metre, 343 plots of 90 square metre , 419 plots of 162 square metre , 180 plots of 252 square metre and 69 plots of 360 square metre.
It is estimated that the reserve price of the land will be approximately Rs 8,000. The scheme will be launched by chief minister Vasundhara Raje and a proposal has been sent to her office in this regard.
Anand Vihar is the second mega housing project by JDA after successfully launching the Amrit kunj scheme near Kalwar road in 2010. The officials are claiming that this project will also be great success.
