Property Rates in Navi Mumbai

PROPERTY RATES

Approximate selling price per sq.ft. rates in rupees (builtup/super builtup area) of Residential and Commercial (including Shopping) in Navi Mumbai updated upto 14th February 2017. Rates may be more by 50 to 100 % depending on  location, amenities, etc. These rates are not applicable in slum areas and public premises where  the rates are much lower.  (Rates  per square feet) 1 sq. mt. = 10.76 sq.ft. Figures in Bold means change observed over last fortnight.

    Rates shown for new projects in kharghar , kamothe and Kalamboli are not correct , its impossible to find residential properties at this prise even in pen ,khopoli or karjat, khargar and kamothe are above 5k and kalamboli is more the 4.5 k

    Rate mentioned above is false and not even indicative. Builders are looting the money and keeping the black money in the form of inventories .

    what about ghansoli .. the rate here is whooping 8500 psf wtf .. ghansoli to a island city on nala (sewerage water . still the rate is rising.. to hell with the builders ..
