Real Estate Agents have to pay License fees of Rs 50,000/- in Karnataka

The real estate agent shall pay a registration fee at the time of
application for registration by way of a demand draft drawn on any scheduled
bank or a co-operative Bank as detailed below namely:-
(a) within the jurisdiction of the Bangalore Metropolitan Region
Development Authority, rupees fifty thousand in case of Real Estate
Agent being an individual, rupees five lakhs in case of the Real Estate
Agent being anyone other than an individual; and
(b) within the jurisdiction of any planning area outside the jurisdiction of
the Bangalore Metropolitan Region Development Authority,
rupees twenty five thousand in case of the applicant being individual;
rupees two lakhs and fifty thousand in case of the applicant being
anyone other than an individual.

Upon the registration of a real estate agent under section 9 read with rule 9, the
Regulatory Authority shall issue a registration certificate with a registration
number in Form-E to the real estate agent.
