    Suddenly after around 27 years of our society formation, we are being told by a person that he has bought conveyance from our builder!!! It is possible that builder can sell convayance to 3rd party? We have come to know that we all flat owner (having ownership of flats) are shown as tenents in the agreement between the builder and the socalled purchaser of convayance.
    What can Society do now? Can we sue the original builder and ask for the convayance or we have to deal with the new purchaser of the convayance ? Pelase help

    you are right Vasaika the rates in Vasai is above 3,000 for a resale flat i just picked up one at the rate of 3100

    I have a tenanted property at Goregaon, The landlord wants to give it to a builder to redevelop the same. We the tenants want a list of what we should ask him and also how do we protect our intrest.

    I HAVE PROPERTY AT RATAN NAGAR DAHISAR IT CONTAINS OF 18 BUILDING THIS AREA PLOTS ARE ON LEASE WITH THE BUILDER AND BMC THEREFORE IT IS DIFFICLT FOR THE CONVEYANCE NOW THE BUILDER IS CONVIENCED FOR REDEVELOPEMENT AND OFFERING ONLY 14% ON CARPET NO CORPUS FUND
    PL ADVISE WHAT DO WE DO ? AND HOW THE DEAL CAN BE FINALISED ?
