More than 2300 ongoing projects are offering great options to buyers. Ranging between Rs7700/- to 12300/- , these projects are at various stages of constructions. More over, flats which were constructed by MHADA are also available in market after a lock in period of 5 to 10 years. The rates are giving a tough time to projects from Thane and Panvel. Western suburbs projects will flood ready stock by November 2017 to early next year. After DCR, many stalled projects too will come alive and come in the market. It is estimated that more than 2000 redevelopment projects are going to come in just after new DCR is announced.
The number of ongoing and ready projects within Mumbai are more than 2300. In fact, south Mumbai alone has 442 projects in offing and under constructions. Central suburbs are having 3100 projects which are at various stages of construction.
SRA projects and MHADA flats too are going to add to the tally. SRA alone will add 10,000 more flats under rehab and this much for salable in western suburbs immediately. By November this year, more than 25000 flats are going to add to the tally.
