Accommodation Times the oldest and first real estate newspaper, running since 1986, now publication has spread its wings in the international market too with the launch of ‘Accommodation Times Plus’ international magazine on real estate. A year before, publication added a new jewel in its treasure. To commemorate the anniversary publication organised Accommodation Times’ 1st International Real Estate Awards, along with symposium on “Streamlining Entry & Exit into Indian Real Estate” followed by Awards ceremony.
The function witnessed ubiety of distinguished personalities on the dais, our esteem Guest of Honour for the event were Shri Ashok Mohanani, Chairman & Managing Director, Ekta Group and Shri Vashu Shroff, Chairman, Regal Group, Dubai. Our distinguished speakers were Shri. Vashu Bhagnani, Managing Director, Pooja Group, an Eminent Producer & Developer, Shri Nitesh Gangaramani, Director, Al Fara’a Group, Dubai, Shri Umesh Rawal, Head DHFL, Dubai, Ar. Vivek Bhole, Chairman & Managing Director, Vivek Bhole Architects, Shri Vijay Nair, Managing Director, Moon Shine Real Estate LLC.
A panel discussion was held amongst the prominent guests where they conversed on the symposium for the night “Streamlining Entry & Exit into Indian Real Estate”, they shared their views and knowledge over the topic. They also talked about the current market scenario of Indian real estate and new investment opportunities.
Later the evening was followed by the glorious awards ceremony, where the deserving professionals and companies from realty industry were rewarded for the various categories in which they worked and gained success. There were total 13 categories which were been awarded.
