The success of every business is based on relationships. An after-sales service is no more an option, it’s a mandate for a healthy client-developer relationship.
The after-sales service should begin right after a client books an apartment and should continue till the society is formed as per the mutually-agreed deadline. The developers ideally maintain the project for few years, with the time duration mentioned in the sales agreement and later transfer it to the society formed by the new apartment owners so that developers should provide constant support to buyers till the time they settle. Also building exclusive amenities is not enough, it is essential to maintain it even after possession is handed over to the customers. This helps developers build a loyal customer base.
