The 33rd Anniversary and National Real Estate Annual Awards will commence together in March 2019.

FEMA (Foreign Exchange Management Act) 1999, governs any cross-border monetary transaction either to or from India. Previously, there was a Foreign Exchange Regulation Act (FERA) to impose strict regulations on certain kinds of payments, the dealings in foreign exchange (forex)and securities. FERA did not succeed in restricting activities such as the expansion of Multinational Corporations. The modification made to FERA in 1991-1993 showed that FERA was on the edge of becoming pointless. After the amendment of FERA in 1993, it was decided that the act would become the FEMA. To understand regulations, procedure and opportunities in a broader picture, Accommodation Times has kept exclusive lecture on 33rd anniversary.
