Bangalore airport area witnessed of property price hike

The National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) six-lane elevated project which is 3.72 km long over the existing road of international airport has shaped the area in the new developed angle. The project is at several different phase of construction from Hebbal to the Yelahanka railway-under-bridge.
The estimated cost of Rs.608 crores, once the construction will get completed the toll rates will also be changed and by these robust steps the airport becomes flawless and signal-free.
However, the elevated project is based on only 3.72km whereas he left part 4-5 junctions will have flyovers or subways. The NHAI is likely to construct approx two flyovers, two underpasses, one pedestrian underpass and one cattle underpass.
The region is also expecting the several major projects which will change the entire city’s face such as aerospace Special Economic Zone (SEZ), IT SEZ, and the advanced connectivity to Peenya will also play vital role in the development of city and increase in property prices.
