Bank of India raises Rs 660 Cr by selling shares to employees

NEW DELHI:

Under Employee Share Purchase Scheme (ESPS), Bank of India (BoI) on Tuesday said it has raised around Rs 660 crore.

The Bank issued a share to its employee under ESPS.

Bank in a statement said, 4, 25, 52,188 shares for Rs 10 each to employees has been issued.

It further added, the bank offered 24.28% discount to employees and shares are issued with a lock-in period of a year.
