K.K. Khandelwal, Chairman of H-RERA while addressing a seminar at Gurugram he said, officicals who will found involved into fraudulent act would also face action, according to an agency.
The seminar was jointly organised by H-RERA Gurugram and Manav Awaaj.
The Chairman said our first preference is to ensure that home buyers get the possession of their homes.”
According to RERA Act, eatsblished to protect home buyers, it stated that, If the builder or developer has not handed over the property by the date mentioned in your agreement for sale or if the registration granted by the Regulatory Authority has been suspended or revoked, you have the right to withdraw from the project.
Act also advise thta builder or developer is not voluntarily compensating you, you have the right to file a complaint before the Regulatory Authority.
