National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO) has announced the launch of its first Realty Expo 2018 on Monday in Mumbai.
The mammoth of the real estate, housing finance and home décor exhibition is starting on the 12th January 2018 to 15th January 2018 at Upvan Lake Ground, Thane in an AC Pavilion.
Speaking on the occasion Dr. Niranjan Hiranandani, President, NAREDCO said, “It is the first time that Mumbai is hosting their very own shopping festival. Hosting it for the very first time, we are expecting to promote the Maharashtra tourism alongside the same. Today, announcing it with the 1st Property festival is a proud moment to showcase the variety that is being brought to the city of Mumbai. Now, Mumbai-kars can have the best that can be offered in their very own city.”
The exhibition has more than 40 developers participating showcasing a wide range of more than 200 properties across Thane, Mumbai and Nashik. Developers who are participating include Hiranandani Group, Runwal Group, Tata Housing, etc and to assist visitor to obtain loan more than 10 housing finance company. Housing finance companies that are a part of this expo are SBI capital, Tata capital, HDFC, L&T Finance amongst others, the release said.
Mr. Rajan Bandelkar, Vice President, NAREDCO speaking on the collaboration for the Property exhibition said, “It is a pleasure to announce the 1st Property exhibition alongside the 1st displays the growth that is found in this city of Mumbai and Thane. At the Property expo, we have ensured that the people looking to buy/ invest in realty are given everything in his budget under one roof. This will make the buyer’s job that much easier.”
Aashutosh Rathod, Jt. MD, Maharashtra Tourism Development Corporation said, “Through Mumbai Shopping Festival, for all those shoppers who are taking part in the festival, Bumper prize scheme has been installed and the all process will be kept transparent.”
The Times Sanskruti Arts Festival is a Mega Art event set in the spectacular ambience of Upvan Lake with a backdrop of the very scenic Yeoor Hills. This Festival presents a myriad feast of classical and contemporary music, classical dance, visual arts, performing arts, traditional, culinary arts and a literary fest performed by renewed national and international artist as well as talented local and regional artist. The festival has garnered over 5 lakh people in the past 2 years and it is expected to grow further this year, the release said.
“According to our statistics at the present date, the development which has happened in Thane is due to increase in number of residences in Thane the growth is highest in the whole country the progress which has happened in Mumbai and Thane this type of progress has nowhere seen in India in one year,” Hiranandani said.
