Bengaluru, January 21, 2017: MFAR Manyata Tech Park Phase IV was unveiled today by MFAR Developers in Nagawara, Bengaluru. The inauguration was graced by Shri Siddaramaiah, Honourable Chief Minister of Karnataka and other key dignitaries such as Shri. U.T. Khader, Minister of Food and Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department, Shri. R. Roshan Baig, Minister of Infrastructure, Urban Development and Haj; Shri. B. Manyata Tech Park Phase IV is a mixed-use office development and commercial amenities space, spread across 1.4 million square feet. It includes a retail wing with fine dining restaurants, cafés, banks, shopping amenities and a health & fitness centre. The Phase IV Building offers 1 million square feet of business space that will cater to an estimated 10,000 professionals.
Commenting on the inauguration, Shri Siddaramaiah, Honourable Chief Minister of Karnataka said “It gives me immense pleasure to inaugurate the MFAR Manyata Tech Park Phase IV. I am indeed grateful to Dr. PM Ali for choosing Bengaluru to build this state of the art facility. Bengaluru is dynamic city and has the drive to adopt technology, attract population and strengthen world connectivity. The Government of Karnataka is committed to encouraging investments in various sectors that will generate opportunity for the youth in the state. I wish Dr. PM Ali and the MFAR group all the success in their future endeavours.”
The 12-storey building has three levels of underground parking, adjacent to the campus. It is the first office building in India to be constructed using top down construction technology. The building’s façade consists of high-performance glazing and was constructed keeping energy efficiency in mind. It was designed to ensure minimal water consumption and better indoor air quality. The buildings at MFAR Manyata Tech Park are aptly named ‘Greenheart’ signifying their green live plant walls, natural air flow design, natural light optimisation, use of green architecture, materials and elements which come together to create a perfect harmony between man and nature.
