Cidco selling 193 flats in Kharghar

The City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO) has recently passed a proposal to sell 193 unsold flats in the mass housing complexes which were constructed in 2008 in Kharghar. The selling of these apartments will generate a worth of Rs 89.60crore.

The story of this 193 flats being empty is, the 2,144 constructed apartments which remained vacant in KH-3 and KH-4 type of buildings because the rates were not affordable. These vacant flats will be computerized lottery draw to ensure the transparency in the allotment. Cidco’s official said, the proposal to sell the unsold flats in KH-4 and KH-4 type buildings being passed by Cidco board. The PR agency will be having all the details from this month.

Details of the Flats:

  • KH-3 type flat: Area( 609.45 sq ft), total flats built (476), flats remaining for sale (68), rate per sq ft (Rs. 4,725)
  • KH-4 type flat: Area (1031 sq ft ) , total flats built( 532), flats remaining for sale (125), rate per sq ft (Rs 5,430) .
