Right from its inception, CIDCO has created 1 lakh 30 thousand houses for all income groups. Initially the allotment
was done on first come first serve basis; thereafter the lottery system was incorporated. Until 2004, the allotment
was done manually and thereafter through SAP. In order to maintain the data regarding the allotment of houses,
CIDCO will conduct a survey for the CIDCO constructed tenements and shops in all over Navi Mumbai. The main
objective behind this survey is to maintain the entire database regarding CIDCO constructed houses and the
For this purpose, the Corporation has appointed M/S Dhruv Consultancy Private Limited as its agency to conduct
the survey. Residents will be given a form to be filled with an aim to get specific basic information including the
name of the present owner, his contact details, address of the property; which includes the name of the Scheme,
society, its node, sector number, building type and building number.The name of the owner needs to be given as
per NMMC property register (NMMC Area). The form also asks for information like the date of allotment, name of
original allottee to date of last transfer needs to be mentioned in this form. This form will be distributed in every
node in Navi Mumbai. The residents living in the CIDCO constructed flats need to provide with the information
regarding the ownership rights of the tenement.
The survey will be conducted from the first week of February. CIDCO appeals all the citizens to cooperate with the
Corporation and thereby help to provide them with better facilities in near future.
