CIDCO to lottery over 14,000 affordable houses in Navi Mumbai

Working on House for All by 2022, CIDCO has announced lottery for over 14,000 apartments in the Navi Mumbai. Lokesh Chandra, new MD of CIDCO said, on August 13 the online registration for the scheme under PMAY will start.

The construction of apartments are under process for the economically weaker section (EWS) and low-income group (LIG) categories, he said. The number of apartments for the people belonging to EWS category would be 5,262 and the rest for the LIG. The application process will start from August 15 and will be open till September 17. The result will be conducted on October 2.

The buildings will be constructed in eleven areas across Taloja, Kalamboli, Kharghar, Ghansoli, and Dronagiri. The carpet area of apartments in the EWS area will be 25.81 sq metres and those in the LIG will be 29.82 sq metres.
