Overview: Surprises often comes after we complete the transactions in property. Due Diligence

is necessary for all deals for a perfect legal transaction. We need to understand documentation,

understand how to read titles and search for succession including tax liabilities and

documentation. The process is needed to ensure that no surprises come after deal completion.

International Markets for Real Estate is opening up. With new rates of difference in Rupees, NRI

are on buying spree. The International Marketing course will not only discuss techniques, how

to make plans, explore new markets but also sale presentations and identifying new arenas of

Dr. Sanjay Chaturvedi is a commerce graduate from University of Mumbai. He did chartered

accountancy course and PhD. from University of Mumbai in Real Estate Finance.

He had presented papers on various issues of real estate to national and international conferences

and authored eight books on real estate related subjects like Real Estate Finance, Real Estate

Valuation etc. besides his two decades of journalism career in real estate sector he had written

for many newspapers and magazines.
