Overview: With increasing number of Acts and provisions along with major amendments, property transactions are governed by plethora of Acts, Rules, GRs, Bye-laws and Ordinances. Dealing in properties requires highly qualified skills and to learn the lingo of legal eagles, the Conferencewill high light step by step, documentation process of real estate transactions. We don’t require you to become a lawyer but to learn in a very simple way, the property transaction documentation so that you can guide your advocates and legal process in commanding positions.

1. Identification of Documents: Difference between Agreement for Sale and Sale Agreement. Defining terms like Deemed Conveyance, IOD, CC, OC, Chain Agreements and Documents of ownership. etc.
2. Transaction Process : Identifying process, documents on various stage, need for documentation, Recovery of Brokerage and dues. Due Diligence Process.
3. Legal Compliances: Duties of Compliance officers, access information on public domains, records and Title Search.
4. Taxation : Simple calculations of Capital Gain Tax, Wealth Tax, Gift Tax, Balance Sheet Exposures and Financial Exposure of Stocks and Fixed Assets
