CREBAI announces 1st NATCON in Mumbai

Confederation of Real Estate Broker’s Association of India (CREBAI) a sole association dedicated towards brokers’ has announced its 1st national convention, during a conference on Wednesday in Mumbai.

While addressing to media, Vikram Mehta, President of CREBAI, said, “We are inviting you all to attend our 1st national convention which is to be held on 9th of January, 2017.”

Mehta added, “CREBAI was the first association to support PM Modi for affordable housing in the month of January 2016 when RERA was not there in Maharashtra.” We are still supporting the government and thankful of the government for bringing RERA, he further added.

CREBAI welcomes Demonetisation along with Benami property Act (1.11.16) step by the central government and closely observing developments in the realty sector, release said.

We urge the government to fix certain things which include, minimum 2% of brokerage, security of brokerage and documents getting registered should have a RERA registered Broker license number, Mehta demanded. He further added this will benefit the government in form of tax. However, the payment of brokerage will be in the form of the cheque.

The drastic revolutionary changes made by government will eliminate cash transaction, improve home loans as well as bring about clear and transparent way of dealings, the release said.

Later on Amit Wadhwani, Director, Sai estate Consultants, addressed the media, “All the Sky Skippers, all the tallest building in Mumbai and all the sea views are actually sold by broker’s.”

A broking company thinking about IPO of certain thousand crores, will be a proud moment for us and it will be the first company to offer IPO, Mehta said.

According to Amit, “I’m here to support the community, whereas a lot of patience’s, presentation skills, maturity and much more are required in the broking firm for selling the property.”

“I will be waiting for the day when the entire nation stops calling brokers, brokers and start calling them consultant,” Amit added.

CREBAI is a non-profit making organisation of real estate brokers. To fight the Rights of Real Estate Brokers, Educate and Train and make Real Estate Transparent are some of its main objects.
