Dewan Housing Finance Corporation (DHFC) to uplift to Rs 2,000 crore via issuing bonds on private placement basis, it said on August 24.
The company in BSE filing said it initiates to secure Rs 1000 crore by issuing redeemable non-convertible debentures and a greenshoe option of Rs 1,000 crore private placement basis.
The tenure of the bonds is four years and the issue will open on August 30 and close on the same date. The company said it will list the bonds on BSE, according to an agency.
DHFL has been providing easy access to affordable Housing Finance to realise home-ownership aspirations of millions of Lower and Middle-income families in semi-urban and rural India.
