DLF challenged SEBI’s order in Delhi HC

New Delhi:
DLF India’s one of the biggest realty companies has challenged to the Security Exchange Board of India’s order in Delhi High Court to investigate the allegations which has been made by the a Delhi based businessman accusing that ha was cheated of Rs.34cr and its alleged associate firm Sudipti Estates.
Following to realty firms petition Justice Vipin has appointed for hearing on 22nd November as former Attorney General Soli J Sorabji, appearing for the firm, could not advance his arguments on November 18.
DLF’s senior officials said “SEBI’s order was inaccurate and bias with the principle of natural justice”.
FIR comprises the allegations made by the Sinha said that, company’s directors and agents had tempted him to transfer certain plots of land and after transferring they haven’t fulfil the promise of developing the land and providing him higher returns.
