DLF is likely to file an appeal against CCI order

New Delhi:
One of the biggest developing real estate companies across the country DLF is likely to file an appeal with the Competition Appellate Tribunal (Compat) against the order which has been passed by it, DLF is to pay penalty of Rs.630crore for practicing unfair trade. The amount of Rs.630 crore has been imposed for the irregularities in business, bias business deeds and inequitable conditions made before the home buyers in Gurgaon.
According to the senior officials of DLF has started the legal process of submitting its appeal and petition is likely to be filed with Compat on Monday.
DLF had said that “it will challenge the same as they have a strong side against the allegation which has been made in the CCI order against the company.”
