Haryana Housing Board extends last date for registration of 1,719 flats to Oct 9

CHANDIGARH

Haryana Housing Board has extended the last date of applications for the 1,719 flats to be constructed in developed townships or colonies of Gurugram, up to October 9, 2018, from September 19, 2018.

Previously the last date of registration was September 19.

While stating this here on September 19, Chairman of the Board, Jawahar Yadav said that “These three-storey flats, meant for BPL or EWS categories,  would be built in licensee colonies of Gurugram are duly approved by Town and Country Planning Department and would be allocated among eligible beneficiaries on affordable estimated price of Rs 5.85 lakh per flat.”

The draw of lots would be held within six months of the closing date of the scheme and these flats would be allotted within two years period under self financing scheme, he added

Yadav said that applicant must be a BPL card holder for making an application under BPL category whereas the annual income of EWS applicant should be upto Rs 3lakh.

He said that the beneficiaries could also take credit link subsidy scheme benefit at 6.5 per cent under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY). Those applicant who is registered by the Urban Development Department under PMAY, could also take the subsidy to benefit up to Rs 2.5 lakh.

Apart from this, the eligible applicants could also finance their earnest money from any branch of HARCO bank or District Central Cooperative Banks in the state.

Application forms could be obtained from all Estate Offices as well as branches of Sarv Haryana Gramin Bank, IDBI Bank, Harco Bank and District Central Cooperative Banks, he said.
