Haryana to permit separate registry of each floor in Gurugram

Haryana Chief Minister, Manohar Lal has said that separate registry of each floor in Gurugram will be permitted. Earlier the Government has given permission for the construction of house up to the fourth floor.

The Chief Minister was speaking during a function organized by Punjabi Biradari Mahasabha in Gurugram.

In view of demands presented by the Punjabi Biradari Mahasabha, he said that actions were being taken to bring colonies developed by private builders under the limits of the Municipal Corporation (MC), Gurugram. So far, six colonies of the district have been included in the MC area and soon, Sushant Lok-I, II, III and DLF-I, II and III would also be included. The Mahasabha had raised this demand, as these colonies lacked public facilities, he added.

Regarding demand of providing two-acre land for the construction of Punjabi Bhawan in Gurugram, he said that first identify land in the area of MC, after which, according to the rules of the state government, the land would be given to the Mahasabha. On conversion charges of shops, the chief minister assured to resolve the problem by talking to the officers of MC.
