Hunt a home in MCHI-CREDAI Thane Expo

Citizens visiting the largest property exhibition organized by the MCHI-CREDAI Thane can go about affordable house hunting absolutely hassle-free. The Thane Real Estate Property Exhibition will start from 18th January to 21 January, 2013.

The Commissioner, Thane Municipal Corporation, will inaugurate the exhibition on 18 January. The theme of this ‘’Fall in love with Thane, comes after a break of one year, as in 2012, the developers’ association, MCHI-CREDAI Property exhibitions which were not  held in 2012.

With MCHI-CREDAI’s Property Show in BKC, Mumbai in November is a success as also the recent MCHI-CREDAI Navi Mumbai – Raigad Exhibition having drawn massive foot-falls, MCHI-CREDAI offerings in real estate as also home finance and life-style.

Shailesh Puranik, President, MCHI-CREDAI Thane said it was a pleasure to offer home seekers in Thane and its peripheral areas. “The biggest plus point about Thane is the range of properties it offers, there’s definitely something to suit every home seeker’s budget,” said Shailesh Puranik. “Since the exhibition is being held after a gap of one year, MCHI-CREDAI Thane is looking forward to offering some of the best options from its real estate scenario for home seekers,” he added. “The exhibition will have an entry fee of Rs 25 per person,” he added.

The array of homes, and life-style plus homes at price points that compare favorably with those in Mumbai will be the USP of the exhibition, said Jitendra Mehta, Hon Secretary, MCHI-CREDAI Thane.

Going by their comments, we found that home seekers look upon Thane as a Green destination which offers the best of Mother Nature, with planned infrastructure that ensures a ‘future-ready’ city.
