Additional Chief Secretary Dr. Subodh Agarwal has said that the dispute and grievance redressal mechanisms will help to resolve the difficulties of the new old industries in the state. He told that before finalizing this, a meeting is being done with the industrial associations so that this mechanism can be proved more efficient and useful while increasing the investment.
Agrawal was discussing the points of proposed format along with representatives of major industry associations on Friday. He said that the State Government has made a promise to set up a separate industrial policy in the Jan Manifesto along with the provision of dispute resolution mechanisms of industries and to set up a separate process for it.
It is worth mentioning that the Minister of Industry and State Enterprises Parsadi Lal Meena has also instructed the department to take necessary action while announcing the development and grievance redressal mechanism by various platforms.
Industry Commissioner Dr Krishna Kant Pathak said that the department has proposed to develop district and state level mechanisms. He said that participation in the association of chief of industrial associations will be decided in the committees for the dispute and grievance redressal mechanism at the state and district levels.
Pathak said that this will include matters of permission and non-negotiation from the various departments of the state government. Along with this, mutual disputes of industries can also be brought under its scope. He said that arrangements for filing the complaint and complaint online are also proposed.
