Interest rates to rise by the year end

The interest rates are intimated to rise by the end of this year worldwide. Once a rise happens, rates could then rise rapidly to 2.5% by the end of next year.
Ray Barrell of the National Institute of Economic & Social Research, London says that, If higher inflation from sterling’s fall persists, the Bank of England shall raise interest rates.
As a result, now is the best time in decades for companies to purchase their own offices. With interest rates at an all time low but forecasted to rise in the near future combined with other major factors working to a buyer’s advantage such as suppressed property prices, government pressure on banks to increase lending and favourable pension scheme structures.
