Jaipur: Rate of Developed land for housing schemes will not increase this year

In Rajasthan Housing Board (RHB) meeting on September 12, Commissioner Pritam said the rates of developed land of various housing schemes of the Rajasthan Housing Board were kept constant for the year 2018-19 as per the effective rate of last year.

In the war, the dependents of the martyrs are allotted free houses by the Rajasthan Housing Board as directed by the State Government. It was decided to give 100% concession in the lease amount of the houses allotted to those dependents, he added.

He said that it was decided to retire in accordance with the reserve rate of the year 2014-15 as per the swing lal and market shops built in Mansarovar housing scheme of Jaipur.

The meeting was conducted under the chairmanship of the Minister of Urban Development Housing and Autonomous Government Shree Chandra Kripalani, in which Additional Chief Secretary of Urban Development Department Pawan Kumar Goyal, Commissioner Pritam, Secretary, Ashish Sharma, Chief Town Planning, Indira and the Chief Estate Manager, Anil Kaushik were the officers present.
