JDA approves new housing schemes

In a project work committee (PWC) meeting on Friday, Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) has approved new housing schemes. The approval of JDA’s new residential plans with administrative and financial approvals for the development of roads, renewal and reinforcement of roads, sewer lines, electrification etc.

In the meeting, Gajadharanagar was approved in the newly created residential scheme of JDA at village Gajadharpura. A total of 496 blocks of 45 to 120 sq.m. will be created in the scheme. Gram Dharmapura folds Residential planning Dharm Vihar was created in Jaipur, in which 300 landmasses of 90 to 162 sqm will be created.

Similarly, the approval of the Kesar Vihar Residential Scheme in Village Baguravavanan and Bagu Arts in Sanganer was also approved. There are 269 plots totalling 45 to 72 sqm in the scheme. In the meeting, approval of the map of the Housing Scheme Deendayal Nagar-01 on the land of JDA owned land was approved in village Bhambhoria. There are 189 plots of 120 to 220 sqm in the scheme. The revised map of Kanhao Professional (Multipurpose) scheme Agra Road was also approved in the meeting.

In the meeting, a 30.00 MLD Sewerage Treatment Plant built in Gajadharpura will be made from the amount of 15.16 crore for the up gradation of the plant. 2.51 crore for the work of Box Type Drain on Claver, located at Hanumanji Gate, opened on the Delhi road bypass, and electrification work will be done at Gopal Nagar Yojna of JDA at PRN North Kalwar Road at a cost of Rs 4.00 crore. Renovation work of Sector-10 roads in Zone-04 will be done at a cost of Rs 4.12 crores.
