JDA razes 4 illegal colonies in Jalandhar

On Thursday the Jalandhar Development Authority (JDA) removed encroachments from commercial sites of Punjab Urban Planning and Development Authority (PUDA) along Ladhowali Road of the city by demolishing four illegal colonies.

Following the instructions from Girish Dayalan, JDA chief administrator, a special team of the civic body razed, one illegal colony in Nangal Salempur and three in Bulandpur.

Jalandhar Municipal Corporation and JDA a joint team removed encroachments in the footpath, parking, corridor and others commercial site of PUDA on Ladhowali Road.
