A phenomenal journey with an excellent track record has been the key to our success.  In 1990, we started with 5 redevelopment projects in Juhu Scheme which included bungalows and a co-operative society. Since then, we have completed approx 10lacs sq.f.t of construction encompassing high value apartments and duplexes like redevelopment of Private Buildings, Societies, and bungalows at prime locations viz Santacruz, Bandra, Khar, and Juhu. We purchased couple of land plots that measure more than 2.5acres at Bhandup (W), LBS Marg where we completed and handed over delivery of 300 flats and 1.5 acres at Andheri E, (JVLR) 150 flats where in we have constructed size of 80sq.mt to 100 sq. mt. of apartments. One of the differentiating factors of Joy is that we have delivered one of the best qualities SRA (Slum) Rehab Buildings which is equivalent to sale buildings at Bandra W.

Currently, we are developing approx 10lac sq.ft. In the western & eastern suburban areas. Few projects are under construction and few are under approval of MCGM and construction scheduled to start within few months. We are breaking the norms by experimenting with 1 BHK boutique premium Fully Furnished Serviced Residence which will be a high value product and an innovation by itself at Mumbai’s centrally located suburban area – Andheri E with close proximity to the airport, railway station, metro and highways.

We have acquired approx 120 acres of land for township at Talegaon located near Talegaon – Chakan MIDC between Lonavala – pune and proposed chakan airport at 15kms. Another huge parcel of 250 acres of land at Guhagar near Chiplun Dist Ratnagiri, along coastal line of konkan region in Maharashtra known for its beaches and tourist places.
