People from Mumbai, Pune and other part of the country come to Lonavala as one or two day picnic. Corporate send their employees for training and incentive purposes. In all, there is always a crowed and highly dense population which will spoil your holiday mood or second home plan.
Plenty of options there in the market. You can get a three BHK for 35 Lakhs and that too a good construction and ready to move in.
