Long pending demand of over 1000 landowners fulfilled

While fulfilling the long pending demand of thousands of landowners, the Haryana Chief Minister, has given approval for releasing 60.57 acres land under the fully inhabited four colonies in Faridabad.

Trikha colony, Bhatia colony, Raghubri colony and Shiv colony, parts which were acquired by HUDA 20 years back, on the lines of Dadupur Navli de-notification.

While stating this here t, an official spokesman said that the Chief Minister has given this approval in view of the case of Gulshan Malik and Ors. Vs. State of Haryana and for de-notification of land under the provisions of ‘The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement (Haryana Amendment) Act, 2017.

He said that any interested person or landowner to whom land has to be released may submit his or her claim in writing to the Land Acquisition Officer within 30 days from the publication of this notification so that the de-notification process could be completed and claims could be settled in accordance with law.
