Sai Estate Consultants Chembur Private Limited (SECCPL), one of India’s first RERA complaint real estate consultants on Friday acquired the sales mandate for INR 300 crore worth inventory for upcoming large format Lotus projects in Oshiwara and Versova. Being in affordable housing since 7 years, SECCPL has entered into an affordable luxury segment, which will give lifestyle to the buyers at the affordable price.
The units are comparatively priced as compared to the current market price in Versova, and the project will be ready for possession by September 2020. The project is RERA registered.

The Lotus Unity project is spread over 1.65 Acres, and have over 104 units with spacious 2 and 3 BHK apartments 724 square feet and 1002 square feet carpet respectively.
