Being one of the most developing regions, NCR has still several projects that suits the pocket of the mid income consumer. The data shows that maximum demand during the Jan-Mar 2013 quarter existed for properties in the Rs 40-60lakh range. The same trend was noted in the Oct-Dec 2012 quarter as well even though demand dropped by 2% in the present quarter.
A very healthy demand is been observed for properties in the range of 20-40lakh with almost 23% buyers showing interest. If we see the demand and supply ratio, supply in the 40-60lakh range matched demand while the Rs20-40lakh witnessed an oversupply with availability being higher by higher 4%.
