Now Rural Areas Will Be Able To Transfer Land Leases At A Nominal Fee

Population in rural areas will be levied on minor levy of land leases


Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Minister Rajendra Rathod said on Wednesday that the land leased by the village panchayat in the rural area will now be transferred or transferred by paying a nominal fee.

Rathod said that there was no arrangement for lease transfer or transfer of leases issued by the Gram Panchayat from the original allottees to any other. Permission to transfer or transfer the lease while making changes in this arrangement has been provided by the State Government on the basis of nominal charges and necessary documents to the Gram Panchayats.

He said that the Gram Panchayats have also been instructed that for the transfer or transfer of leases it is necessary that the full record of the leases is properly organized near the panchayats. He said that the Gram Panchayats have been instructed that all the panchayats should complete the record of all the leases issued by the Panchayat so far in the format stated in the rule of Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Rules 1996.

He informed that transfer of succession or family members, a transfer from the will, transfer of registered rights, transfer from registered sales letter, and transfers from registered Gift Deed will be done on the basis of the desired documents and charges.

The Panchayati Raj Minister said that for satisfying the documents submitted by the applicant for the transfer or transfer of leases, a proposal for transfer or nomination will be proposed in the letter of the concerned applicant in the meeting of the Gram Panchayat and if the proposal is passed, Deposits can be transferred or transferred to the respective related parties.
