Plans will be set up to strengthen infra of cities: Housing Minister

Urban Development and Housing, Minister of Autonomous Government, Shanti Dhariwal, while discussing the matter with the media on Thursday said, new plans will be made for the development of the state. Which will strengthen the infrastructure of the cities, the citizens will get the convenience and the common man will get the benefit.

He said that the economic condition of the urban bodies, city improvement trusts and authority of the state is very bad. Special attention will be given on this side too. Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) also has a loan of about Rs 2,000 crores. Improving all these arrangements is a big challenge.

Dhariwal said that there is a deep problem of traffic in the state. The problem will be solved by creating a new flyover in the state as well as tourism will be promoted.  He said that the decision given by the court in relation to the master plan will be followed with full respect. The previous government disturbed the Master Plan created in 2011, and created a master plan of 25 years in which green belt, ecological zone, the paraphari belt was destroyed. In the Master Plan created in 2011, there were ecological zones, green belt provisions, they will be made.
