Pune: For improving customer’s satisfaction, banks and Reserve Bank of India are ready to deter prepayment charges on floating rate of home loans. As this was the big issue in discussion from last several months that banks are charging more 2% on the unpaid load if the borrower wanted to make payment before the due date.
