Navi Mumbai / Panvel: With Raigad emerging as the new realty destination, MCHI –CREDAI’s Raigad unit has planned to hold its maiden property exhibition at Panvel from April 5 to 8, 2012.
The exhibition that will be held at CIDCO Ground, New Panvel (West), will focus on projects with convenient price points from Kharghar, Kamothe, Panvel, Karjat, Khopoli, Alibaug, Pen, Uran, Ulwe, Dronagiri, Taloja among others.
This will be a never-before opportunity for homebuyers as well as investors to view and compare the best properties in Raigad, one of the most promising realty destinations in Maharashtra. As many as 300 properties will be showcased at the exhibition with over 50 developers participating.
Housing finance institutions and banks will be present to disburse on-the-spot loans in the 50,000 square feet fully air-conditioned exhibition area.
Mr Jayesh Gandhi, the Exhibition Committee Chairman, said: “Home buyers need not have to travel miles together in the hot sun since they can check all properties of their choice in air-conditioned comfort.
