Realtors moving towards smaller cities: Crisil report

As the property prices are mounting day to day in metros and interest rate also high, so smaller cities are luring to big developers owing to price sta¬bility and growth prospects, said a recent study by Crisil Research.
According to the several market analyst also said that “realtors are moving from metros to smaller cities as they are setting their eyes on future market growth. Survey has been made on the 10 small cities the sales of new residential apartments approx Rs.18000Cr in 2012. However, in metro property market facing slowdown from last couple of years due to the increase in property rates and because of this sales ratio has going down-words and interest rate also moving upward. So, builders have anticipated that smaller cities would have been having growth in real estate market.
