The Authority has not uploaded the project details on the Rajasthan RERA website. Rajasthan Housing Board had applied for the registration of 30 of its projects but the same couldn’t be done due to amendments required in the RHB’s ‘Disposal Act’, said an official from Rajasthan RERA, who did not wish to be named.
According to the RERA rules, the developers have to upload the complete documents on the official website of RERA and have to register their ongoing projects with the authority. Once the projects are registered, consumers can complain against the developer with the RERA.
The RHB has sought an extension of three months for amending the act and registering the projects with RERA, said the sources.
