SARE with 100% FDI funding launches ‘Green ParC – II

New Delhi: After successfully launching multiple projects in India and selling more than 3,500 homes, now SARE Homes (South Asian Real Estate), has announced its plans to develop an additional 40 million sq. ft. over the next 5 years in India.
Currently company has invested in 8 integrated projects in Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, Navi Mumbai, Chennai, Amritsar and Indore which represent approximately 36.5 million sq. ft. of developable area. SARE is in a high-growth mode and aims to double its area under development in the next three years, by creating wonderful communities of world-class standards.
SARE Homes, promoted by the Duet Group, is a unique real estate investment and development company, as far as the project funding is concerned. SARE Homes are funded internally by foreign direct investment (FDI); hence, its projects are assured of uninterrupted progress.
SARE has identified its target as the middle income group in India, and focused on developing integrated townships at strategic locations to cater to this segment in all its projects.

The company is now launching “Green ParC – II”, the fourth phase of its 65-acre integrated township called “Crescent ParC” in sector 92, Gurgaon.
This township is strategically located on the Gurgaon growth corridor, on the arterial 60-meter wide road, approximately 40 minutes from the IGI Airport and in close proximity to the Dwarka & KMP expressways, and the industrial hub of IMT, Manesar. With excellent connectivity to Delhi via the Expressway and the Metro, this township lies within the NCR region, which is home to major
multinational IT / ITES, automobile and manufacturing companies.
