Society’s Right on Terrace

If the housing Society has proposed for the reconstruction and redevelopment of the Housing Society plot by demolishing existing building. The terrace of the housing society is the exclusive property of the society and no one members can claim exclusive right over the terrace of the housing society. As such if any FSI is available for the terrace then same belongs to housing society and all members have right over the said FSI. The housing society has right to demolished illegal construction of terrace immediately.
