State govt plans to consider incidental open spaces in various urban estates

Haryana Government has decided to consider the incidental open spaces in various Urban Estates of the State for allotment to the corner allottees, as per their request and recommendation made by the Zonal Administrators or Estate Officers on 50 percent of the current reserve price of Haryana Shahri Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP).

While stating this here today, a spokesman of HSVP said that Chief Minister, Manohar Lal has approved a proposal in this regard.

He said that the Chief Administrator, HSVP would be the competent authority to allot the additional incidental open spaces to be used only for open purposes, such as lawn, kitchen garden. He said that the allottee could only be permitted to construct boundary wall of height more than four feet with a gate of entry to it and he would not be allowed to use this space for any construction thereon. Apart from this, the allottee would not be permitted to extend the covered area of the corner plot in view of the allotment of the additional incidental open space, he added.
