At the time when the world is faced with a global ecological crisis around climate change, we are in a time where we need to take on the responsibility of acting both responsibly and ethically towards the environment. At K Raheja Corp, we have been ahead of the curve in the green development sector. Pioneering the industries’ responsibility towards contributing to a green society, we signed a memorandum of understanding with the CII-Green Building Council to construct green buildings, back in 2007.  Today, it is not just a strategy to save costs, rather a brand growth strategy.

With a shift in mind-sets now growing toward the idea of promoting sustainability, green building concepts have taken the front foot in the Real Estate industry. Looking for an opportunity to become more involved with promoting sustainability, latest construction technologies are being developed to pave the way for long-term practices in sustainable construction.

  1. We are from North Mumbai and situated at Saibaba Nagar Borivali(West). Our developer is Prism Contruction. Our redevelopment is held up for want of clearance of New DP plan from BMC and state government.Most of the Members from our society have crossed 65/70 years and we do not know when our redevelopment will start, when will vacate our premises and again come back in new flats during our life time. This is situation of all redevelopment projects.
