According to the contemporary property market reports says that, demand for commercial properties is raising gradually in central and secondary business districts (CBD & SBD) comparatively the upcoming projects in the peripheries of Delhi. Due to the lack of supply in CBD & SBD localities have massive demand for commercial properties going upward.
Also, the big reason of enhancement in the above mentioned areas is due to the lack of supply and more demand for rental commercial properties, demand is also inching up in the following areas Cannaught place, Nehru Place, INA, South Ex etc.
However, in the outskirts of Delhi rental values of commercial properties are facing downturn in the areas such as Noida, Gurgaon and Faridabad. According to the market experts, reason for slowdown in these areas is happening due to oversupply of commercial space. During the last Q4 of 2011 (From Oct to Dec2011) rental values in the CBD have gone up by 8-10 per cent however, the SBD have witnessed of 15-20% increased.
